1. Acceptance of The Use of Mountain High Knives (MHK) Website Terms and Conditions
Your access to and use of the MHK website is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions or by law. By using the MHK website, you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop and cease using the MHK website for any reason purpose.
2. Credit Card Details
Valid credit card information must be provided at the time of order. Payment is processed immediately once the order is placed and there shall be no refunds or credits unless authorized in writing by MHK.

The contents of the MHK website does not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making, or refraining from making, any decision. Any user is to seek the advice and counsel of the user’s personal advisors and consultants.

MHK reserves the right at any time or without notice to:

7.2 To the extent permitted by law, MHK will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the MHK website. Any user expressly disclaims any right to punitive or exemplary damages.
7.3 MHK makes absolutely no warranty that the functionality of the MHK website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the MHK website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
7.4 MHK shall have no liability if any of its products are misused or used in any inappropriate or illegal manner. A user is urged to seek proper training and education in regards to the use of any MHK product. .
7.5 Knife steel is raw from New Jersey Steel Baron. Steel may show characteristics of raw steel from factory. This is from the process of how raw steel is manufactured.
8. Warranty
MHK conducts its business in a proper, honest, and fair manner. MHK products are designed to be used as tools in a broad range of proper-use cutting applications. Like all tools, MHK products require proper maintenance to function and will experience every day wear and tear through being carried and used. The nature of this every day wear and tear is subjective, and as such warranty can only be determined internally through MHK (not through blanket warranty across all products).

9. Return & Repair Policy
All custom work completed by MHK is considered a final and non-revocable sale at the option of MHK. All unused unopened products may be returned within 15 days if done so in the original packaging with all postage pre-paid. A restocking fee of 10% will be assessed on all purchases over $100. All returns and warranty repairs must be approved in advance by contacting HFB’s service department by emailing mountainhighknives@gmail.com or by calling the shop, 9703177457. No collect calls will be accepted.
10. Order Cancellations

11. Website Terms
MHK strives to accurately describe and represent all products; however, errors may occur. The actual product itself will supersede any description. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. MHK reserves the right to edit, change, or clarify descriptions at any time to correct any unknown errors in product listings. Please be aware that items that are incorrectly listed or priced and subsequently ordered may be cancelled at MHK’s discretion. In the event of a conflict in the description of an item, we reserve the right to remove the conflicting information once notified. MHK makes no warranty on the accuracy of a product listing when a conflict in the product information is present.
12. Blade and tool Purchases
MHK ships direct to the address and information given by the customer: The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding blade/item legalities. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned items.
MHK reserves the right to cancel/refund orders made utilizing third party software.
MHK encourages buyers to familiarize themselves with applicable laws and regulations regarding possession and the carrying of edged weapons in their states and jurisdictions.
14. Lead Times
MHK lead times are estimates and MHK will make every reasonable effort to ship within the time specified. If a lead time is not specified, the product is expected to ship within 30 days.
15. Shipping
MHK is not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged packages. Insurance on a package is optional at checkout.
16. Indemnity
Any use/purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold MHK and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, harm, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against or suffered by MHK arising out of any breach by user/purchaser of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of the use of MHK website. The foregoing indemnity shall have no limit in its scope or duration.
17. Severance
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
